1. Eligibility & Academic Restrictions

  • You must have your Class IX marks or grades ready to proceed with the online application.
  • Students who failed more than two subjects in Class IX are strictly ineligible to apply.
  • If a student is declared failed in more than two subjects in their Matriculation exams, their college admission will be cancelled.
  • Candidates with an academic gap exceeding 5 years are not eligible for the 2026–27 session.
  • If you were previously enrolled in H.Sc/F.Sc and want to re-apply, you must first officially cancel both your previous Board enrollment and your old SECCAP portal admission before submitting a new application.
